What You Appear to Be

According to Machiavelli (see the applicable quote to the left) a person can be seen as one of two things: "what you appear to be" and "what you are." My purpose, when you visit this webpage, is to show you both aspects of myself. Consider this webpage as a mental notebook for all of my thoughts and discoveries that do not require prose to explain. (Times listed are in EST.)

I am back from the wilds of central Florida bearing many thoughts that I tried to write about in my diary. It turned out to be a hodgepodge of subjects but the title of the entry should reflect that diversity in a good way.

I have posted a winter update at my diary webpage. As I wrote it I realized that my life is pretty dull right now but I can appreciate the slower pace after the fall semester. In other news, I have a good amount of my webpage at the new URL (see link to the left). Happy holidays everyone!

I just discovered that my homepage no longer exists so I am beginning the moving process to a new URL (as you can see my the address of this updates page). My new homepage will be located at lcgleason.tripod.com but not much is there right now. In the meantime, go and check out my new diary entry. In other news, I got an A in my stability and control class!!

At long last I have had the chance to write a decent diary entry. Final exams are coming up soon so I don't know if I will have the time to write another one before I leave Gainesville next week. I will be in Tallahassee from December 15 to January 7 - I am so looking forward to the vacation.
